To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include a multi-tool and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for bicycle returns, a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I determine the right frame size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer professional maintenance or tune-up services?
Yes! If you are local, you can visit our shop for full-service tune-ups. For online customers, every bike purchase includes a free digital consultation to help you fine-tune your derailleur and brakes.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All new bike frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, wheels, and drivetrains are typically covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Lenny's Bike Shop ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
